Management of Visitors

Ideally annual berth holders will sign out before an extended absence so that the marina management can set this berth’s status to “available” for the duration of the absence. If you notice further available berths during the daily inspection rounds, you can directly add these to a control list using a mobile device or later on the computer.

If a berth shows up on the control list for several days in a row, this status is switched to “available”. Of course it is also possible to manually switch the occupancy status.

If a visitor calls in a booking, for example, you can assign them a berth fitting for the size of the boat and the duration of their stay. After the visitor has paid the marina fees and any possible additional services, they’ll get a docking ticket that is attached to the boat as proof of payment.
